SWECOIN US ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT
Company Names New President and Chairman of the Board

MIDDLETOWN, RI -- June 21, 2004 – Swecoin US Inc., the world’s leading designer of small footprint, highly reliable thermal kiosk printer solutions, today announced two promotions within its senior management team. Elaine A. Bresnick was named President and Jon Poignant was named Chairman of the Board.

Bresnick has been with Swecoin US Inc. for nearly eight years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During her tenure, she was responsible for driving the sales organization and marketing efforts and helped to firmly establish Swecoin as the leader in professional printing solutions for unattended applications. As President, Bresnick will be responsible for company direction, sales and marketing efforts, and overall product strategy.

Poignant has been President of Swecoin US Inc. since its founding in 1992. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a small start-up to a successful private corporation. As Chairman of the Board, he will continue to consult with Elaine on company strategy and also focus his energies on management in the European and Asian markets.
